St Andrew’s Pre-school was established in 1968 and over the years has grown into a successful, Ofsted Outstanding rated Pre-school (click here to read our latest Ofsted report). We believe our role in the community is to be the first contact parents have with the educational ladder. Please click here to read about our ethos and values. To carry this out effectively we have a team of very experienced staff, who have access to support and the latest developments in childcare through our membership of the Early Years Alliance. We also rely on the involvement of our families to help us continue developing, whether this is through our parent led Committee, involvement at Pre-school or informal contact.

St Andrew’s Pre-School is a charity formed as an alliance between parents and staff based in St Andrew’s Church Hall in Caversham Heights. We have a Committee of voluntary Trustees to support the operational management of Pre-school and assist our valuable staff.
